Returns for Non-Custom Items
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible non-custom items.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Contact us for return approval before sending anything back — items sent without approval may not be accepted.
You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Custom Steering Wheels
All custom steering wheel orders are final sale once the order is placed.
Because custom steering wheels are made or ordered specifically based on your selected vehicle, material, stitching, trim, color, shape, or other options, they cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
The only exception is if we determine the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom steering wheels
- Installed or used parts
- Electrical components once opened or installed
- Items that have been painted, wrapped, modified, drilled, cut, or altered
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items missing original packaging, hardware, or accessories
- Labor, installation, or service fees
- Clearance or final sale items
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we'll determine whether it qualifies for a refund.
If approved, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may ask for photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.
If we confirm the issue, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Labor and Installation Services
Labor, installation, and service fees are non-refundable once the work is done.
